Guillaume Martin (Wanty – Gobert Cycling Team) won the fourth and final stage solo, 128km from Giardini Naxos to the Mount Etna (Nicolosi), ahead of Fausto Masnada (Androni Giocattoli – Sidermec) and Dayer Quintana (Neri Sottoli Selle Italia KTM).
