Matteo Malucelli (Nazionale Italiana) has won Stage 1 of Il Giro di Sicilia Eolo, 199km from Milazzo to Bagheria. Matteo Moschetti (Trek – Segafredo) and Filippo Fiorelli (Bardiani Csf Faizanè) finished second and third respectively.
